Patrol
The police department employs
twenty-nine (29) personnel. Presently there are twenty seven (27) sworn
officers.
There are two (2) civilian
personnel working in secretarial and communications positions, one (1)
animal control officer and three (3) school crossing guards. The town police
department rank structure consists of a Chief of Police; Deputy Chief Of
Police; one (1) Lieutenant; five (5) Sergeants; six (6) Corporals and
thirteen (13) Patrol Officers.
